The story of the inner transformation towards true independence and maturity
The hero Lukáš leaves behind the past, which he perceives as incompatible with his own freedom, and enters the incomprehensible, still dreamlike space of a psychiatric hospital. Here he experiences strong and painful love, struggles with the dark sides of his own body and soul, as well as with a traumatic relationship with his parents, and even fights for his own life. The suggestive narrative moves in a world on the border of normality and madness, dream and reality, depression and happiness, while remaining a picture of what everyone can sometimes experience.
The psychiatric hospital is a picture of the main character’s inner world and a mirror of the struggle between good and evil.
